A cultural cooking adventure reality series shot on cutting edge high definition video that combines high energy cross country adventure with humor, local culture, badass bikes and darn good eats— starring the larger than life culinary road warrior—Christopher Coppola...the Biker Chef. With the intent of using the power of cooking to bring people together, in each episode, he rolls into a different region of the country, accompanied by his sidekick 'Sous Chef.' Together, they search out the unique cooking traditions, techniques and ingredients indigenous to the area. A specialist cook divulges a family recipe, a local farmer shares the best of his crop, a rancher steers them to the best cut of meat for hickory barbeque. The search climaxes with Biker Chef combining the found ingredients into his own unique, genre-busting dish and serving it to the people we've met during the episode. As the gathering of local folk taste the meal and nod in mutual satisfaction, there is the soothing sound of motorcycles diminishing into the distance. The Biker Chef is moving on, as always, to the next adventure along the winding path to culinary enlightenment, but leaving the world just a little bit sweeter.
