Visiting the Santa Ana Pueblo Indians with their ancient horno bread oven, motoring south to Magdalena where a cowboy poet mans the chuck wagon, then finding and roasting the perfect 'Big Jim' green pepper at Don Busto's 300 year old Espaņola farm.
Biker Chef brings it all together in a sumptuous southwestern feast, all the different peoples and their cuisines, on a beautiful Albuquerque afternoon.

NEW YORK
|
East Meets West at Yankee Stadium
