Beneath the brilliant New Mexican sun Biker Chef and Sous roll down old route 66 into a wild cross-cultural adventure. Visiting the Santa Ana Pueblo Indians with their ancient horno bread oven, motoring south to Magdalena where a cowboy poet mans the chuck wagon, then finding and roasting the perfect 'Big Jim' green pepper at Don Busto's 300 year old Espaņola farm.

Biker Chef brings it all together in a sumptuous southwestern feast, all the different peoples and their cuisines, on a beautiful Albuquerque afternoon.

SAN FRANCISCO
On the Golden Gate Road

Signature specialties of San Francisco mix with traditional Italian flavor to create Biker Chef's own 'Bay Area Bouillabaisse Linguine'. Starting with local seafood, and gathering friends and ingredients along the road, Biker Chef's path leads him into the kitchen of Mama and Papa Particelli to prepare his newest culturally created dish.

MISSISSIPPI
Blue Delta, Fry Fish

From catching fish with his bare hands in Mississippi, a maximum-security prison for some spicy tips, and preparation in the trailer-park backyard of a friendly housewife, there is nowhere Biker Chef won't travel for a good recipe. In this episode, kick back, listen to some traditional blues, and learn how to make Biker Chef's 'Grappler Spicy Deep Fried Catfish'.

NEW YORK
East Meets West at Yankee Stadium

With a state as culturally diverse as New York, we knew it would not be long until Biker Chef had to travel there. Within Manhattan alone, he visits both Little India and Chinatown, but ends up in the Bronx at Yankee Stadium. Take home a supremely unique, but more casual meal, when Biker Chef makes his 'Manhattan Chutney Bao Dog'.
