Happy Holidays

I wanted to take this time to say Happy Holidays to all. This is one of my favorite times of year because people act like the world doesn't revolve around them and they put themselves in a giving mood. What most people don't realize is that the 'giving' mood is the mood that we were made to be in each and every day of our lives. But I am not complaining! I'll take what I can get and if the world can only muster up a 'giving' mood between Thanksgiving and New Year, then I will be satisfied with that.

I can't wait to get back on the road with Biker Chef and Biker Cat! That is when life is at it's best, because we are traveling the country spreading good-will and receiving good-will each and every day with everyone we meet. That is the way life is supposed to be lived! It is so great meeting new people and learning about their culture, and learning a few new recipes, as well. The ultimate is when Biker Chef and I invite everyone that we have met in that area to a big feast, where we cook for them, even utilizing some of the recipes that we learned from them. Ahhhh, that is just great! Although, before I have a chance to sample any of the food we have cooked Biker Chef is tapping me on the shoulder, signaling that it is time for us to mount our bikes and wind our way to our next destination. Oh well, maybe one day we will stay to enjoy the feast. A man can dream, can't he?

Well, until next time, live long, ride hard and eat well!

Hi Sous,

I agree with you 100%... Am not one for shopping because of these so called 'Givers' who like to switch moods, like you switch gears on your iron horse. Only there's a huge difference, you each have big hearts and share your many gifts with mankind.

Happy holidays, Peace and many blessings now and in the New Year.
