Just thought that I would communicate to the world that I am so Turkey-ed out that if I see another turkey I am going to shoot him. Well, maybe I better not shoot him 'cause that would be one more turkey that would need eating. I hope that your Thanksgiving was as good as mine. I had all the local family and several friends over to the house and we ate....TURKEY! I baked a turkey in the oven (regular gas oven) utilizing the basic spices (e.g. pepper, sage, a little garlic, a little salt, and a lot of lemon juice) and I tenderized the bird by poking holes throughout with my two-pronged fork. One of my guests also brought a turkey. And then, the day AFTER Thanksgiving, ANOTHER friend FRIED me a turkey.

Whew! Are there any turkeys left? Now before everyone starts writing in to send me their left-overs I just want to say, "NO THANKS!"

But I also want to say, "Happy Holidays to everyone, especially my BikerChef family! I am so happy because it is during this time of year that people begin to hint at treating each other with the love, compassion and kindness, that we in the BikerChef family do all year 'round. Isn't that right, Otto?"
